Grants to Florida nonprofit organizations to benefit needy children in Israel, as well as Jewish children and the elderly in the Tampa Bay area. Funding may be requested for general support, programs, and capital projects. For the purposes of this grant, children includes young people up to and through college age.

Under the terms of the trust creating the foundation, grants are provided exclusively for the following:

1. Programs for needy children in Israel.
At least 1/2 of the grant money is for this purpose.

2. Programs for Jewish children and elderly in the U.S.
The primary geographic area of interest is the Tampa Bay area of Florida.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

The Foundation approves grants to Section 501(c)(3) organizations.

Pre-Application Information:

The deadline for submission of all applications for grants is December 31st.

The Foundation approves grants in February or March each year.
